Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

I. The Defendant is a “D”-child care teacher E-child care teacher in E-child care centers from September 2013 to February 28, 2017, and “D” is a child care center under the Infant Care Act, and the victimized child F (4 years), G (4 years), H (4 years), I (4 years old), J (4 years old), and K (4 years old), respectively.

The Defendant committed emotional abuse that harms on the mental health and development of victimized children, which is protected by the Defendant, on 22 occasions from September 5, 2016 to October 14:20, 2016, as follows.

1. On September 5, 2016, around 11:30 on September 5, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around the day-to-day class E classes at the day-to-day childcare center (hereinafter both are the same places); (b) around the victimized child F, who was unable to complete the meals, carried out special activities, and (c) f, who was covered by the f, brought the damaged child F to the floor, and (d) f, f, who was faced with the f, went through the f, on the floor.

2. On September 6, 2016, around 11:02, the Defendant: (a) at around 201:02, the Defendant: (b) brought a dispute with another original child F on the floor of the damaged child’s body two to three occasions with the defect of the dispute with another original child.

3. On September 7, 2016, the Defendant, around 11:57 on September 7, 2016, took a new cushiont from a person who is taking a cushiont at the bottom of the damaged child F so that he/she could not be said to have taken the cushiont.

4. On September 8, 2016, around 14:22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the dispute with the victimized child F, without being diving; (b) obstructed the dispute with other originals; and (c) pushed the victimized child at the seat of two to three times by walking the contact with the victimized child.

5. On September 12, 2016, the Defendant, by hand around 17:18 on September 12, 2016, off the part of the victimized child’s household, and dried the left part with a bad hand, and forced to sit from one seat to two arms.

6. On September 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 10:18 on September 13, 2016, at the right hand hand of the victimized child G, when the victimized child G was placed under the table of the table, at one time.

7. The Defendant, around 11:21 September 13, 2016, refused to drink a boomed child F.
