A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Punishment of the crime

From March 1, 2016, the Defendant was engaged in “F Child Care Center”, a child welfare facility in Incheon-si from around March 1, 2016, as a child care teacher, and the victim G (2 tax) was a child who started to move to the said child care center from around September 1, 2016.
