A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) inspected the protocol of interrogation of a public document, which was prepared after being investigated as a suspicion of violating the Fishery Resources Management Act, by using a ventilation gear prohibited from being used in the protocol of the National Fishery Guidance Line C of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries on May 25, 2013; and (b) made the protocol of interrogation of a public document, which was prepared by the Defendant, as if the Defendant was a friendly person D; and (c) made the statement column of the protocol of interrogation of a suspect and the confirmation column of the investigative process, and forged

The Defendant, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, exercised the interrogation protocol of a suspect who has signed a forged name D and a written confirmation of investigation process, as if he/she knew of the forgery, with the maritime affairs and fisheries E, as if they were duly formed.
