Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 18:00 on February 26, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received the amount equivalent to KRW 48,000, and KRW 60,000, and KRW 12,000, and KRW 60,000, from the victim without any intention or ability to pay the amount; and (b) acquired the amount by fraud in a manner that does not pay the price.
