A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. From around 01:50 on August 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered information without authority in a data processing device, such as withdrawing a sum exceeding KRW 1,700,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won, from “Cjuk store” operated by the Defendant in Busan Dong-gu, Busan; and (b) obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 1,70,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won

2. Forgery of private signature, and the use of a false investigation or signature;

A. On September 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received an investigation from the Busan Dong Police Station located in the Busan Dong-dong, Busan Dong-dong, and from the 5 team office of the Criminal Team, the Defendant: (b) requested the police officer in the above police station to sign and affix seals on the column for confirmation of the statement and investigation process confirmation of the suspect interrogation protocol; (c) stated the “F” in the aforementioned statementer and confirmation column; and then forged the signature without authority for the purpose of exercising the authority.

B. The Defendant, at the above time and place, submitted to E a suspect interrogation protocol and a written confirmation of investigation process containing a forged private signature as mentioned above, and exercised the above investigation signature.

3. No person who violates the Resident Registration Act shall unlawfully use another person's resident registration number.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, upon being examined as above at the time and place specified in Paragraph 2, stated F’s resident registration number in order to carry out F’s happiness, and used F’s resident registration number unlawfully.
