A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Seized evidence 1 to 4 shall be confiscated.

"2016 Highest 1301"

1. On April 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) in a 170,000 won in cash, which is owned by the victim in the instant bank; (b) in a sampling lecture room of the students’ hall of a school with the annual age of 50,00 in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, and at around 12:35, in which the victim C had a bank at that place; (c) in cash, which is owned by the victim in the instant bank, and one resident registration certificate; and (d) in which the head of the company BC credit card 1 and one resident registration certificate are located at the market price of 30,000

In other words, they stolen them.

2. On April 30, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business: (a) purchased one gold pool from the “FF” operated by the victim E in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) presented the victim as if he/she had a legitimate right to use the credit card of C, which was stolen on the grounds as referred to in paragraph (1) and possessed, for the same reason as that of the said paragraph; (c) signed the signature column of the above sales slip; (d) signed the signature column of the sales slip; and (e) received a 10 gold pool of KRW 2,400,000 at the market price from the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant used stolen credit cards and received property by deceiving the victim.

"2016 Highest 1771"

1. Larceny;

A. On February 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime against the victim G at the I Hospital fourth floor nurse room located in H of the Government of Gyeonggi-si on February 13:37, 2016; (b) the Defendant stolen one set of 2 mobile phones from the 800,000 won gallon in the market price displayed by the head of the Agricultural Credit Card Co., Ltd. on his/her book.

B. Around 11:00 on February 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime against the Victim J, at the audience reading room located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul National University; (b) on the part of the victim J, 31,00 won in cash, which was owned by the victim; (c) one new bank credit card card; and (d) one new bank check card; and (c) thefted with a bee color tag, where the market price cannot be known.

2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit;

A. The Defendant committed the crime of “K” on February 2016.
