Punishment of the crime
[criminal record] On February 11, 2014, the Seoul Southern District Court sentenced two years of suspension of the execution of punishment for larceny to eight months, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 19, 2014. On July 22, 2015, the Seoul Southern District Court sentenced eight months of imprisonment for larceny, etc. and was released on April 29, 2016 in Seoul Southern District Court and passed on July 17, 2016.

1. A thief: (a) around 13:00 on November 10, 2016, the Defendant: (b) opened a door door-to-face parking lot located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Gangseo-ro 26-22, with the victim C’s seat on a car with the victim’s seat on the 5-22-lane; and (c) up to March 10, 2017, the Defendant entered the following as a total of KRW 1: 50,000,000 in [Attachment 2], 1; (d) modern M2C credit card 1; (e) transportation card 1; (e) GSk-to-kick points card 1; (e) GS-to-kick points card 1; and (e) women’s license 100,000,000 won at the market price covered by the driver’s license; and (e) from that time, the Defendant took away from that time; and (e) up to September 10, 20101.
2. On November 10, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraudulent Use of Computer, etc. and Credit-based Financial Business: (a) collected KRW 10,000 from the “F” PC operated by a named victim in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E; and (b) selected the “payment method” as the card and then paid KRW 10,000,00 with our credit card, such as paragraph (1).
Accordingly, the defendant acquired economic benefits of 10,000 won by inputting information into a computer and other information processing device without authority, and used stolen credit cards.
3. The Defendant who violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit shall be G of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around November 14:30, 2016.
