[Criminal record] On August 19, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for larceny, etc. at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on August 19, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 23, 2016.

A. B. Around November 6, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business: (a) ordered the Defendant to use and provide a singing facility in the “H music place” operated by the Victim G (hereinafter referred to as the “F”) who was located in Bocheon City F on November 6, 2016; and (b) paid the Defendant to the Defendant as the lawful holder of the Nonghyup FF FF that was stolen as described in the foregoing paragraph (A); (c) paid the Defendant’s payment of KRW 50,00 to the said card with the fee for the use of the singing and the amount of the drinking value, and then, (d) obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to the said amount from the time to November 03:54, 2016, by deceiving the victims by the same method six times in total, as indicated in the list of crimes, and denied the use of the stolen credit card.

A. On December 6, 2016, the Defendant: (a) in JPC room “JPC room” located in Macheon-si around 00:00 on December 6, 2016; (b) taken advantage of the gaps in the management negligence of the Victim K’s joint management negligence, the Defendant thief’s thief’s body cream card, the ownership of which was one of the joint owners of the national bank’s market price equivalent to KRW 30,00,000 in the market price.
