A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, on May 29, 2015, the Defendant, at around 17:26 around 17:26, set up three Internet lines and two computers, connected to the Internet file file sharing site (htp://www.w.fil.com) using the program called “B Ulod”, distributed obscene materials of which gender three male and female visitors to the Internet file sharing site as their business so that many unspecified persons, who access to the said Internet file sharing site, can download the obscene materials. From November 20, 2014 to September 9, 2015, the Defendant posted three video files using the program called “D”, and distributed obscene materials of which sexual intercourse is “D” on the adult film bulletin board.

[2015 Height 2667] No person shall distribute, sell, rent, or openly exhibit any obscene codes, text, sound, image, or motion picture via an information and communications network.

1. On May 20, 2015, the Defendant, at around 09:49 on May 20, 2015, connected a computer installed at around 09:49 to an Internet file file reading (htp://www.tiledok.com) (E), an Internet file sharing site, using a computer installed therein, and distributed as “F” the obscene material of which adults are exposed to sexual intercourse and have sexual intercourse with the said Internet site, so that many and unspecified persons, who access the said Internet site, can download the obscene material.

2. Crimes committed on May 21, 2015;

A. On May 21, 2015, the Defendant, at around 22:25, connected a file box (htp:/www.ftilham.com) to Adi “G” at the aforementioned place, and exposed gender male and female to the title “H” on the bulletin board.
