Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall distribute, sell, lease, or exhibit publicly, any obscene code, language, sound, image, or picture through an information and communications network.

1. The Defendant opened a web site (www.vegaisk.com) “AdiB” website on August 2014, and distributed obscene materials by allowing 10 obscene video files generated from sexual intercourses between men and women, such as “E, at his/her own place of residence,” as shown in attached Table 1, in order to allow many unspecified persons to download them, as shown in attached Table 1.

2. On April 28, 2015, the Defendant opened a web site (www.lteftile.com) website as AdiF, and distributed obscene material by allowing an unspecified number of unspecified people to download and gather obscene video files on the bulletin board of 19 gold adults, including G, with 10 obscene video files generated from sexual intercourses between men and women, such as G, in the above residence: G around April 28, 2015.

3. On April 28, 2015, the Defendant opened a web site (ww. joint and several .co.co. .kr) website, and distributed obscene materials by allowing a large number of unspecified people to have a 10 obscene video file generated from sexual intercourse between men and women, such as H, in the above residence at around April 28, 2015, as shown in attached Table 3, on the bulletin board of “19 gold adults.”

4. On May 30, 2015, the Defendant opened a web site (www.tdisk.co.co.kr) website, and distributed obscene materials by allowing 10 obscene video files generated from sexual intercourses between men and women, such as “I, in the above residence: I, on the bulletin board of “19 gold adults” to be viewed as having been downloaded by many unspecified people, as shown in attached Table 4 of the crime committed.
