A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant subscribed to the Internet website file (www.ftilham.com) and thought to post and sell child pornography, etc. through a data room at the website (www.mftile.co.k) which is an affiliated site where the business log file is linked, upon the application of the content seller.
