On April 28, 2016, the Defendant, at the above warehouse, visited AD (www.vegaisk.com) website, and distributed obscene videos through an information and communications network by allowing many and unspecified persons to download obscene images by exposing the sex of men and women by exposing sexual images and having sexual intercourse with the title of G, etc. on the bulletin board of the above website, etc.

No person of "2017 Highest 612" shall distribute information with obscene codes, text, sound, images, or motion pictures through an information and communications network, with a content distributed, sold, rented, or displayed openly.

Nevertheless, the Defendant is a warehouse of Daegu Metropolitan City Suwon-gu C and 202 for the purpose of gaining profits by putting adult obscene materials up for business and receiving points in cash.
