A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, “2021 Gohap 96,” even though he is not a narcotics handler, dealt with marijuana as follows:

1. On October 16, 2019, at around 19:00, the Defendant received 220,000 won in cash from C with the Defendant’s request for seeking marijuana from C at the Defendant’s residence located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City. At around 19:02, around 19:02 on the same day, the Defendant transferred 30,000 won including the above amount to the Agricultural Cooperative (E) used by D through the Defendant’s mobile phone camba case, which was located in the Defendant’s mobile phone, and received the concealed place from D, and then notified C of it again on October 19, 201, at around 0:00 and around 00, C and F sought approximately 2g of marijuana by means of postal service with the first floor in the H station located in Seocho-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of marijuana between D and C.

2. On November 16, 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting approximately 3g of marijuana in pipes together with F at the residence of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu International Building Jho F, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, in a way that a smoke generated by inserting a fire.

1. On October 23, 2019, the Defendant smoked in a way that studio in the studio located in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, in a pipe and inhales smoke generated by inserting a fire.

2. On November 18, 2019, the Defendant administered a stroke medication in a way that the Defendant strokes together with water, including a stroke stroke, which was received from L at the residence located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
