A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated narcotics as follows:
1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics;
A. At around November 22:30, 2018, the Defendant sold marijuana, from around 22:40 to around 35, 2019, the Defendant: (a) purchased and sold marijuana equivalent to KRW 1.34,40,00,00 from around 15:30,000, to B, as shown in the List of Crimes Nos. 1 (Sama Sales).

C. On October 31, 2018, the Defendant smoked marijuana over six occasions from that time until March 15: 00, 2019, as indicated in the attached Table 3 (mariju Smoking), including the smoking of marijuana in the form of a tobacco dog by attaching a fire to the smoke in the form of a tobacco dog, at G University International Campus dormitory H located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon District.
On December 4, 2018, the Defendant received marijuana free of charge, as a paper, from K in the residence of Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I Jho-ho, the non-fluent quantity of marijuana (one unit of tobacco opening cost) he stored in Korea, without compensation.
2. Around January 30, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flavoring), etc. (flavoring) committed by the Defendant against the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flavoring) by allowing M to receive delivery of his/her intent to purchase ethyl ethyl ether and alphoids, which are psychotropic drugs, from L, on January 30, 2019, around 21:54, around 17, 2019.
