Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A victim B is one of his or her friendships that he or she has become aware of with the introduction of the defendant to the bond company.

1. Forging a private document;

A. On November 25, 201, the Defendant: (a) stated that it is necessary documents for the lending of funds to the victim from the cell phone store in the name of the Dong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City; and (b) made use of the copy of the resident registration, the certificate of personal seal impression, the abstract of resident registration, and the letter of personal seal impression of the victim, “B” in the “LGU subscription column; (c) “B” in the resident registration number column; and “B” in the south-dong, Dong-gu, Incheon; and (d) signed the signature column as “B” and forged one copy of the victim’s application form in the name of the victim.

B. On November 24, 2011, in the course of opening a TV, Internet, and wire telephone in the name of the victim, without the consent of the victim, the Defendant forged a title “SK K K K Br’s subscription” with the content of setting up the said goods in the Nam-gu Incheon East-gu DB02.

On December 7, 2011, the Defendant entered “B”, “C”, “B”, “B”, “B” in the customer address column, and “B” in the applicant/party column in the name of the victim without the victim’s consent, and forged one copy of the victim’s application form with the signature of “B” in the signature column.

Accordingly, the Defendant, without authority, forged a mobile phone service contract in the name of the victim of a private document on the rights and obligations for the purpose of the event, and a total of three pages of TV, office telephone, and new Internet subscription.

B. The Defendant, like Paragraph 1, entered into a contract, etc. with each of the victim who forged the above investigation documents, as if he had been actually aware of the forgery at each time, to the employees related to the opening and opening of the broadband, and the contract, etc. as if they were duly formed.
