On July 26, 2013, A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, Etc. at the Daejeon District Court on July 26, 2013 and completed the enforcement of the said sentence in the Simpo Prison on June 4, 2014

No one shall manufacture, keep, transport, or sell fake petroleum products.

1. Defendant A and B’s co-offendered co-offendered Defendant A leased four oil storage tanks in the “G” factory site located in Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, and operated this, and the name defecter purchased and supplies them as raw materials for the manufacture of fake transit, light, and base oil. Defendant B as an employee of Defendant A, who assisted the manufacture of fake transit, and the Defendants conspired to sell them after manufacturing the fake transit along with the name defecter.

The Defendants divided the above G factory site from August 1, 2014 to December 2, 2012 of the same month, the light oil, light oil, and leap base oil purchased from the Sungnam city from the Sungnam city, into four oil storage tanks inside the above factory site, respectively.
