Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant, who was a workplace club, had a credit card issued in the name of the victim without permission of the victim B, was in mind to use it.
1. On April 6, 2017, the Defendant forged a private document, or the uttering of a private document, signed and sealed a copy of the application form for the subscription of the card in the name column of “B”, “B”, “H”, “B” in the mobile phone name column, “L” in the workplace name column, “L” in the workplace address column, “B”, “B” in the workplace name column, and “B” in the name column of “L”, “B” in the workplace address column, and “B” in the personal name column of “B”.
