A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Management and Use of Excreta refers to approximately 200 pigs raised by the Defendant without the permission of discharge facilities in the Nam-gun C, D, and E. However, according to the following evidence, pigs raised by the Defendant are about 60, as stated in the above facts constituting the crime, and there is no evidence to acknowledge the remainder of about 140 pigs.

2. Although slaughter and slaughter milk of livestock in violation of the Sanitary Control of Livestock Products Act, and processing, packing, and storage of livestock products should be conducted at a place of work permitted by the competent authorities, the Defendant slaughtered pigs over 30 times, such as entry in the list of offenses in the attached Table, from February 11, 2014 to July 13, 2015, by the same method, as the Defendant slaughtered pigs at the Defendant’s swine breeding site located in Yong-gun-gun, Nam-gun, without obtaining permission for slaughter of livestock around May 2015.

3. A person who intends to operate a livestock industry, such as livestock breeding business in violation of the Livestock Industry Act, shall prepare facilities and equipment prescribed by Presidential Decree and matters concerning the adequate number of livestock raising per unit area and the location thereof.
