Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

[2018 Highest 821] The Defendant is raising 40 pigss from the land of South Yong-gun, South Yong-gun.

1. A person who retires from his/her farmland or recycles for food of his/her own livestock on his/her own land, in violation of the Wastes Control Act, such as Dong and vegetable residues, food waste, organic sludge, sking, rice, etc. shall file a report on waste treatment with the competent authority, along with facilities and equipment;

From January 2017 to August 9, 2018, the Defendant recycled food wastes as feed of pigs, the Defendant’s livestock, without reporting waste treatment to the head of Si/Gun at the same place.

2. A person who intends to install, or to install and operate, a facility for raising pigs of not less than 50§³ but less than 1,000§³ in violation of the Act on the Management and Use of Livestock Excreta shall file a report on the installation of a facility for discharging excreta with the competent administrative agency;

From January 2017 to August 9, 2018, the Defendant operated a swine shed with a 74.8 square meter of 74.8 square meters at the same place without reporting the installation of livestock excreta emission facilities to the head of Yeongdeungpo-gu.

[2018 Highest 905] The Defendant raises 40 pigss from the land of South Yong-gun, South Yong-gun.

A person who intends to engage in livestock breeding business, pigs, chickens, or ducks, the area of a breeding facility of which exceeds 50 square meters, shall obtain a license for livestock breeding business from the competent authority.

On March 2018, the Defendant, without obtaining a license for livestock raising business from the number of the Young-gun, laid down a swine with approximately 90 square meters in the size of the breeding facility, and run livestock raising business.

[2018 Highest 935] The Defendant raises pigs on the land of the Nam-gun C, Nam-gun, and installs and operates livestock excreta discharging facilities.

On February 23, 2018, the Defendant issued an order to suspend the use of livestock pens from September 4, 2018 on the grounds that it was discovered that livestock raising had been raised to a public official belonging to the office of the Young-gun Office within a livestock raising-restricted area at a livestock shed around February 23, 2018.
