A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months, by a fine of 10,000,000 won for Defendant Incorporated Company B.

Punishment of the crime

To the extent that there is no concern about actual disadvantage to the defendants' exercise of their defense rights, the facts charged shall be corrected without changing the indictment and the facts charged shall be corrected in writing.

Defendant

Agricultural Company B (hereinafter referred to as “B”) is a corporation established for the purpose of raising livestock and obtained permission for the installation of discharging facilities, and Defendant B is the representative director of Defendant B, and Defendant A is a G in Gohap-gun F and I farm in H.

1. A person who discharges livestock excreta shall not discharge or neglect it to bring it into public waters, and a person who installs and operates discharging facilities (hereinafter “operator of discharging facilities”) shall not discharge livestock excreta without discharging it into a treatment facility, discharge livestock excreta without converting it into a treatment facility, discharge livestock excreta into a treatment facility without converting it into resources, or discharge livestock excreta into a treatment facility without discharging it into a final discharge outlet (hereinafter “interim discharge”).

A. On June 24, 2014, the Defendant left the livestock generated from G located in Gohap-gun F, Chungcheongnam-gun around 14:00 and flow them into the public water area.

B. On October 20, 2014, the Defendant left the livestock excreta generated from G located in Gohap-gun F, Chungcheongnam-gun around 14:30 on October 20, 201 and discharged it into the public waters.

(c)

On August 15, 2014, at around 15:00, the Defendant discharged livestock excreta from G, the storage capacity of which exceeds the storage capacity of the foul waste storage tank, without inflowing livestock excreta into a treatment facility, by exceeding approximately 3.85 cubic meters from the storage tank to the outside of the storage tank.

(d)

On September 29, 2014, at around 13:30 on September 29, 2014, the Defendant discharged livestock flowing into H from around 13:30 to treatment facilities without converting excreta into resources.

E. On September 23, 2014, the Defendant neglected livestock generated from G located in Gohap-gun F, Chungcheongnam-gun on September 10, 2014, and discharged them into public waters.
