Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 30, 2019, the Defendant driven a B 300-meter car volume from the mother station near Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu to the roads near Sungnam-gu, Jungwon-gu, Sungnam-gu, 60-gu, Sungnam-si, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.05% of blood alcohol level around 23:29.
