Punishment of the crime

On October 30, 2014, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.073% of blood alcohol concentration, the Defendant driven BranxG car from approximately 50 meters away from the roads adjacent to the Geongnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, to the roads adjacent to the Dongdong station located in the same Sungnam-dong.
