Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 13, 2013, at around 22:44, the Defendant driven B Kani vehicle at a section of approximately 200 meters from the front of the Sungnam-gu Sungnam-dong Gidong to the front of the Sungnam-dong comprehensive sports site located in the same Dong, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.122% of alcohol content.
