A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On July 19, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment by the Seoul High Court for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Juveniles from Sexual Abuse, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 27, 2012.

Around March 2010, the Defendant came to know of the fact that he was accompliceed in the phone call called “C”, a co-offendered in D. The above “C” inserted a person who wants to forge various documents, including a driver’s license, on the Internet, etc., and forged the official document or private document that he/she wants based on his/her personal information, and then, in fact shows the forged document that he/she wants to be forged, and has the person who wants to be forged transfer the document to the account opened in advance through the video dialogue or video call (non-media transaction account). The Defendant was in contact with the above “C,” and the Defendant planned to receive the password, etc. of the above account from the said “C, and withdraw the remitted money using it, and re-transfer the remaining money excluding part of the fee to the account designated by the said “C”.

(C) On July 4, 201, the above “C” was requested from E to forge a women’s driver’s license by reporting and communicating advertising comments published on the Internet, and using production machinery purchased in advance on the basis of his/her photograph files and personal information, printing the basic text on the plastic card of the driver’s license and causing E’s photograph, referring to “E”, “E” on the issuing date, “E” on the issuing date, and “E” on July 28, 2010 on the issuing date, and signed and sealed the official seal in the name of the Commissioner of the Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency in the name of the Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency, and then forged one copy of the E driver’s license voluntarily produced on the next page, and then received KRW 1,200,000 for consideration from E, which shows the completed driver’s license to E in a video currency, and confirmed it.
