A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Upon revocation of a driver's license on November 22, 2011, the Defendant paid the money to the “B President”, a single-name “B President,” who is a seller and forges and sells identification cards, graduation certificates, etc. known on the Internet, and had a mind to forge the driver’s license.

On September 6, 2012, the Defendant: (a) called the cell phone (C) of B president and demanded payment of KRW 1 million in return for forging his/her driver’s license; and (b) requested forgery of a driver’s license by sending a e-mail e-mail used by a forged seller with a canning file of his/her photograph and his/her photograph.

Accordingly, a sales agent, including B president, made an image file of a driver’s license with which the Defendant’s photograph was attached to D’s driver’s license in an unfasible manner at that time and forged the driver’s license by printing the file on the plastic card in the form of the driver’s license, and then sent the photograph files of the completed driver’s license to the Defendant’s e-mail.

On September 6, 2012, the Defendant confirmed the aforementioned photographic file, remitted KRW 1 million to the E-one bank account (F) designated by a seller of forged document, and obtained a driver’s license for forgery from the cell phone store operated by the Defendant in Gwangju-gu G and 105 Dong 114 on September 9, 2012.

Accordingly, the defendant forged the driver's license under the name of the Commissioner of Gwangju Provincial Police Agency, which is an official document, without authority, for the purpose of uttering in collusion with B president and others.
