Punishment of the crime

On May 18, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor in the Ulsan District Court for fraud, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Seongbuk Detention House on July 3, 2013.

A. The Defendant, as stated in the above paragraph (1), opened a deposit account using the stolen E’s driver’s license and thought to have a physical card issued. On January 13, 2014, around 09:45, the Defendant arbitrarily stated the above E’s name, resident registration number, and other personal information on the deposit transaction application kept at the Geumcheon post office located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, and signed the above E, and presented the F as if the Defendant was the above E’s employee without knowledge of the circumstances.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged and exercised one copy of the application for deposit transaction, which is a private document on the rights and obligations or certification of facts in the above E name, and denied the above E’s driver’s license in the name of the Commissioner of the Gyeonggi Police Agency who is a public document.

B. The Defendant, as described in the foregoing paragraph (1), was able to open and receive a mobile phone using a stolen E driver’s license, and on January 13, 2014, at around 10:20, Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 2nd SKT head of the building.
