A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is a holder of the CMF5 car, a 'SM5 vehicle', and drives the vehicle.

The Defendant, around 07:15 on June 9, 2012, driven the said car without a mandatory insurance without a driver’s license, and proceeded to a 124-lane road from the burg slope to the 124-lane road in the upper-speed road at the burg seat of the burg. On June 9, 2012, the Defendant got off the central line at the intersection of the burg and went to the left left at the right edge of the burg due to the occupational negligence of the victim D (ma, 42-year-old driving) driving along the 3-lane of the burg, one lane from the burg width to the curg slope of the burg.

As above, while the Defendant escaped from a traffic accident as seen above, when the victim D escaped, the Defendant went to the left-hand turn at the lower-dong elementary school located at the lower-dong Hag-dong, and was parked at the edge of the road, the Defendant got back the left-hand part of the victim’s G Gar-Wed Vehicle owned by the victim F, which was parked at the edge of the road, and got back the victim’s IK5 vehicle owned by the victim H, which was parked at the right-hand side of the victim’s IK5 vehicle in the same direction, and continued to be parked in the same direction.

As a result, the Defendant: (a) caused the victim D to suffer injury, such as salt ties and tensions, which require medical treatment for approximately two weeks; and (b) went away without any necessary measure such as immediately stopping and leaving the said SM5 car alone on the road to repair cost of KRW 2,643,047; and (c) ensure that the said K5 car is equivalent to KRW 346,348,000,000,000 for repair cost of KRW 346,348; and (d) said K5 car is damaged to repair cost of KRW 4,960,50,050; and (e) the Defendant escaped without any necessary measure such as providing relief to the victim.
