A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 11, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 4 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on May 11, 2009. On May 11, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years in imprisonment with labor for the same crime, etc. at the same court on May 11, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 19
