A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. As stated in paragraph (1), the victim K (the age of 45) who was an assistant belonging to the police box dispatched to the scene after receiving the report of traffic accident from the above place immediately after the occurrence of a motor vehicle subject to special obstruction of performance of official duties and the Defendant injured the victim, as well as the victim of the above SM5 motor vehicle, is likely to detect the fact of driving the motor vehicle while drinking, and the victim is trying to flee after getting in the above SM5 motor vehicle.
