A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. From 2016 to 2017, the Defendant assaulted the victim at the time of the Defendant’s residence located in the Defendant’s 1st floor B underground of Seodaemun-gu Seoul Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, on the ground that the Defendant’s her father’s son D (the age of 12) made a false statement, on the part of the victim’s son’s hand, and on the part of the victim’s bucks, bucks and shoulders.

As a result, the Defendant committed physical abuse that may injure the body of a child victim or harm the health and development of the body.

2. As a result, the Defendant committed physical abuse that may injure the body of a child victim or harm the health and development of the body.

3. On August 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim at around two occasions in the place indicated in Paragraph 1 of this Article, on the ground that the victim was only in the house of domination, and that he did not clean up after school lessons as requested by the victim, on the ground that he did not do so.

As a result, the Defendant committed physical abuse that may injure the body of a child victim or harm the health and development of the body.

4. At around 20:00 on August 18, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim at around 20:0 on the victim’s place indicated in paragraph (1), and on the ground that the victim was sworn, the victim’s turb and her part, which is sweeted up to a sweet, three times by launchinging the victim’s tweet, and walked the victim’s head at approximately two times with the hand, and the victim’s head part was blick.
