The defendant is the mother of the victim E (V, 3 years of age) who is a child, and was living together with the victim from January 2014.

1. Violation of the Child Welfare Act (child abuse) and injury;

나. 피고인은 2014. 7.경 안산시 상록구 G 301호에 있는 피고인의 집에서 아동인 피해자가 오줌을 싸고 피고인의 말을 잘 듣지 않는다는 이유로 화가 나 헤어드라이기로 피해자의 몸을 말려주던 도중 피해자의 양쪽 허벅지 안쪽부분에 뜨거운 헤어드라이기를 수차례 갖다 댔다.

2. Violation of the Child Welfare Act (child abuse);
