A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) from September 24, 2014 to January 1, 2015, even though the validity of the license was suspended, on November 28, 2014, at around 07:49, the Defendant driven CPoter-II truck from around 6.22 km to the front road of the shooting distance as from the front road of Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-ro 3 (Yak-dong 72-9) to the front road of the shooting distance as from the front road of the Ycheon-gu, Ocheon-gu, Incheon.

2. No person who violates the Resident Registration Act shall unlawfully use another person’s resident registration number.

On November 28, 2014, around 07:49, the Defendant was forced to present a driver’s license from the superintendent of the police station near the Yancheon-gu Police Station, the Defendant was under the control of the violation of the Gaba-gu, Sincheon-gu, Sincheon-si.

As the effect of driving license has been suspended due to drinking driving, the defendant informed the above Do-ju D of the resident registration number (F) of E in a middle school, the defendant was in a state of the suspension of driving license, so that he could conceal it.

Accordingly, the defendant used the E resident registration number unlawfully.

3. When the Defendant, at the same time, at a place as in paragraph (2), and at the same time, and at the same place as in paragraph (2), committed an act as if he were E, and as if he were, in relation to the penalty of KRW 30,000, which was imposed on E, the Defendant issued a digital signature as in the above notice form presented by the Speaker D, and issued it to the above Speaker D as if he was duly signed, and exercised the notice form whose signature was forged as above.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged the signature of the above E, and exercised the above investigation signature.
