Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On June 9, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment by the Cheongju District Court due to interference with business affairs, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Cheongju Prison on December 31, 2016.

“A false public official reported a crime.”

B. On March 16, 2017, the Defendant made a 112-report call to the 1112 comprehensive situation room of the Chungcheong Regional Police Agency 112 using the Defendant’s portable phone at the I drinking house located in Heak-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju, Cheongju-si.
