A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and a fine of eight hundred thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant reported the 112 report to the effect that he was issued a summary order on the ground that he was in violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, thereby obstructing the police officer from performing his official duties in a deceptive manner [2017 order 640] to interfere with the legitimate execution of duties by the police officer, etc.

On April 4, 2017, at around 19:52, the Defendant made a false report to the 1112 comprehensive situation room of the National Police Agency in the Southern-si Police Agency at the place of residence with C apartment house 701 Dong 1214, the Defendant: (a) made a false report to the effect that, in order to have the police officers in receipt of the report believe the above false report, the Defendant laid down the excessive (15cm in length on the knife) to be laid on the front line of the house located within the said residence; (b) 6 police officers, including E, and 5 members of the emergency police station, including the chief of the fire station affiliated with women, including F, who died at low knife.

It was called that the inside of the house "I died with knife because I want to go back to the door."

Defendant continued to have the above police officers and emergency medical service crew members believe that the above report was true search for 30 minutes around the Defendant’s residence, and, in addition, around 21:00 on the same day, requested to provide emergency communication data on G phone numbers in order to confirm the Defendant’s location, and requested to search for about 4 hours around the base station where the notification was confirmed as a result.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers' criminal investigations and their duty of rescue and rescue activities by fraudulent means.

2. Violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act;

A. On May 8, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime [2017 Height 897] around May 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around May 201, 2017, even though he/she was up to 70:39 on May 8, 2017, he/she did not commit the murder at the Defendant’s residence, even though he/she was up to the first apartment resident I, who was in the vicinity of the said apartment at around 701.
