A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From October 2014, the Defendant operated an international logistics transportation company with the trade name of “D” from Cheongju-si, Nowon-gu, Seoul, and the third floor of “D,” as a foreigner of the Republic of Korea’s nationality of the Republic of Korea of the Mmon.

1. Any foreigner violating the Immigration Control Act may sojourn in the Republic of Korea within the limits of the status and period of sojourn;

Nevertheless, the Defendant entered the Republic of Korea as a short-term visit (C-3) on December 1, 2006, and the period of stay has expired on December 6, 2006, but was not granted permission for extension of the period of stay from a lawsuit for immigration control affairs, and stayed in the Cheongju-si by August 10, 2016.

2. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.

A. On September 24, 2014, the Defendant driving a license without obtaining a driver’s license on September 24, 2014, the Defendant driven a H ME car owned by G without obtaining a driver’s license from the F F fixed-point distance located in the Heung-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu on September 24, 2014.

B. On August 10, 2016, the Defendant driving a driver’s license without the driver’s license on August 10, 2016, 19:00, the Defendant driven an Imae-car without obtaining the driver’s license on the front side of the apartment complex of 64-gil-ro, 70, a Cheongju-ro, from the front side of the apartment complex of 5km-gu, Cheongju-si to Cheongju-si C, and the upper street.

3. Illegal uttering of official documents;

A. On September 24, 2014, the Defendant was required to present a driver’s license for confirmation of the victim, which was sent to the site by the slopeJ affiliated with the Cheongju Police Station, where he was involved in a traffic accident while driving a H EM car at the time and place specified in the preceding two paragraphs.

Accordingly, the defendant did not exercise official documents by presenting Class II driver's license for G in the name of the Commissioner General of the Chungcheong District Police Agency, which is an official document held by the defendant, as if he was a driver's license for the defendant.

B. On August 10, 2016, the Defendant was requested to present an identification card in order to verify whether he/she was illegally staying there at the time and place specified in the preceding two B B B, and at a place specified in the Korean National Police Agency affiliated with the North Korean National Police Agency.
