A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a game providing business operator who operates a game room in the name of “C Gameland” in the B and 3th of the Gyeonggi-si.

1. No person who violates the Game Industry Promotion Act shall engage in the business of exchanging tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products;

그럼에도 피고인은 2017. 12.경부터 2018. 8. 27.경까지 위 'C게임랜드'에서, 구미호 게임기 40대, 자뻑플러스 게임기 30대, 라이온킹 게임기 40대를 설치하여 게임장을 방문한 손님들로 하여금 게임물을 이용하게 하고 손님들이 게임을 통해 획득한 점수에서 수수료 명목으로 10%를 공제하고 10,000점당 현금 9,000원으로 환전해주었다.

2. No game products related business entity shall allow others to gamble or perform other speculative acts, or leave them to do so, using game products;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, entered the game score obtained by customers through game products into the BluPC, input the game score in the game machine as much as the amount entered at the request of customers, thereby allowing customers to resume the game, or deducting 10% points in the fee and allowing other customers to transfer the game score, thereby allowing them to perform speculative acts using game products.
