Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the head of E labor union D branch as the employee of D Co., Ltd.
As of April 23, 2012, the above trade union (hereinafter “trade union”) was in progress with a strike from April 23, 2012, but the Defendant committed the following actions with the intent to pressure the victims by demonstration in the vicinity of the victim F (Resignation on September 24, 2012) who is the representative director of the company, and to secure a favorable position in labor-management negotiations.
1. On July 23, 2012, the Defendant ordered the labor union members under his/her command to conduct a demonstration, and the labor union members under his/her direction came to spread.
