Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Defendant Union is an association established for the purpose of maintaining the G market, which is a conventional market located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F.

B. In concluding an entrustment contract with Plaintiff A on March 20, 2007, the Defendant Union agreed to pay 1,900,000 won as monthly remuneration (1,80,000 won as monthly salary, welfare expenses of 100,000 won as monthly salary, and welfare expenses of 100,000 won as annual bonus in installments) and to pay 200% of the basic salary as annual bonus. In concluding a labor contract with the network E around July 2008, the Defendant Union agreed to pay 1,30,000 won monthly remuneration (1,20,000 won as monthly salary, welfare expenses of 10,000,000 won as welfare expenses, and welfare expenses of 1,50,000 won as monthly salary from January 2016 (1,40,000 won as monthly salary, welfare expenses of 00,000 won as basic bonus, and 20% annually as monthly bonus.

Plaintiff

A worked as the president of the Defendant Union from March 20, 2007 to May 4, 2017; the network E from July 1, 2008 to May 11, 2017 as a person in charge of accounting and accounting affairs at the Defendant Union.
