1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) shall pay to the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) KRW 93,910,051 as well as the full payment from July 7, 2018.

Reasons

The main lawsuit and counterclaim are also examined.

1. Facts without dispute;

A. The Plaintiff lent a total of KRW 5,000,000 to the Defendant on seven occasions as follows.

Serial 1: (a) The loan certificate of KRW 5,00,000 on April 25, 2012, 201 on September 25, 2012, the loan certificate of KRW 1-12, 26. 5,00,000 on June 26, 2012, A1-23, 13, 200,000 on April 13, 2013; (b) the loan certificate of KRW 1-34, 200 on April 13, 2013; (c) the loan certificate of KRW 1-4,50,00 on December 10, 200; (d) the loan certificate of KRW 1-5,00 on December 26, 2013; and (e) the account transfer of KRW 10,000 on May 15, 2013; and (e) the account transfer of KRW 15,2015.

B. From September 7, 2012 to October 26, 2016, the Defendant remitted total of KRW 186,114,160 to Nonparty C’s account as indicated in the following table, and paid to the Plaintiff.
