A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a ship of the nationality of the Republic of China of the People of China (hereinafter referred to as "China"), was in collusion with a name in the Republic of China of the People of China (hereinafter referred to as "China"), to purchase a mobile phone that was stolen or lost in the Republic of Korea at low price and to export it to China. The above name influor was in charge of selling the stolen goods to China through Kakao Stockholm, and the Defendant was in charge of selling it to China, and the Defendant was in charge of delivering it to China after receiving the stolen goods from the seller of the name influor upon the instruction of the above name influor.

On June 28, 2016, the Defendant purchased 21 hand phoness, which were 21 pages from June 11, 2016 to July 27, 2016, from K, who had contacted with the above in advance with the above influence via Kakao Stockholm, with the knowledge of the fact that the Defendant was the victim of Samsung Ggalle, the victim of Samsung 7, which is the victim of the above influence, and acquired it at 21 times from Jun. 11, 2016 to July 27, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired stolen goods in collusion with the above person who was not the party to the name.
