Punishment of the crime

1. 피고인 A 피고인은 2015. 4. 초순경 피고인이 스마트 폰 채팅 어 플 리 케이 션 즐톡에 게시한 ‘ 모든 휴대폰을 삽 니다’ 라는 취지의 광고 글을 보고 연락한 성명 불상자와 카카오 톡 메신저 등을 통해 만날 장소, 매입가격 등을 조율하고, 그 무렵 부천시에 있는 부천역 앞 노상에서 만 나 피해자 C 소유의 장물인 LG 옵티머스 G3 휴대 폰 1대를 2만 원을 주고 매수하여 이를 취득하였다.

2. 피고인들의 공동 범행 피고인들은 스마트 폰 채팅 어 플 리 케이 션 즐톡에 ‘ 모든 휴대폰을 삽 니다’ 라는 취지의 광고 글을 게시하여 그 광고를 보고 연락하여 오는 불특정 다수의 사람들과 카카오 톡 메신저 등으로 연락하여 분실 휴대전화나 절취한 휴대전화 등 장 물을 매입하기로 공모하였다.
