Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A, who acquired a portable phone from a passenger, had a view to purchasing a mobile phone on the new wall, using a string of the mobile light on the way to the new wall.

On May 10, 2016, around 03:30, the Defendant acquired stolen goods by being aware of the fact that the Defendant was a 1.20,000 won of the market price of the victim H owned by a taxi engineer.
The Defendant, in addition to this, purchased approximately 20,000 won in total from April 23, 2016 to May 10, 2016, and acquired stolens by purchasing approximately 20,00 won of telephone call, which is a stolen, from Gangseo-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, and Mapo-gu.
