Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Criminal facts

On January 29, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the acquisition of stolen goods at the Suwon Friwon, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on February 6, 2015.

1. Defendants A, B, C, etc. puts up a letter stating “purchase of lostphones, dampphones, and mobilephones” on the Korean car page, and intended to purchase and dispose of stolen phones through one “one-time,” such as Defendant D, E, and F, if contact is made from persons intending to sell stolen phones, etc., the act of purchasing and disposing of the phones after purchasing the portable phone from the Defendant, D, E, and F. The C takes up the purchase fund for stolen phones from B to distribute the purchase fund to the Defendant, etc., who is the “open,” and the Defendant et al. was willing to sell stolen phones according to B or C’s instructions, and to purchase the stolen phones from them.

On May 1, 2014, the Defendant purchased stolen and portable phone from a telephone carrier with a charge of making a contact with B or C, and purchased stolen and carried 100,000 won, and delivered stolen and portable phone to C or B around that time, at the time, during which he purchased stolen and portable phone from A or B, and then purchased and delivered them to B, etc. in four times from around that time to May 2014, in the same manner as attached Table 1 of the daily list of crimes in attached Form 1, which was well known that the telephone carrier, which was the owner of an unspecified victim of the market price, was the stolen and delivered to B, etc., by purchasing 1,50,000 won.

Accordingly, the Defendant acquired stolen goods in collusion with B, etc.

2. Defendant A, H, and B’s joint criminal acts written out a letter stating “purchase of lostphones, dampphones, and mobilephones” on the NAV, and play a role in purchasing and disposing of a portable phone from those who want to sell stolen and handphones upon contact with the Defendants. The Defendants are instructed by B, and the Defendants are instructed by B.
