1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Purport of claim and appeal

The first instance court.

(a)the unit shall continue to be extended;

Article 6 (Transfer) No certificate of loan shall be transferred separately from membership.

Provided, That if it is inevitable to separate from membership for one reason, the rights of general members shall be suspended.

Article 7 (Benefits) General Members shall receive the benefits determined by the Company, such as the time of use of golf courses (the use of relevant company golf courses and related containers), as determined by the Company.

Article 8 (Other Matters not enumerated herein) Rules and decisions of the board of directors of the Company shall be followed.

Upon entering into the instant loan agreement, the Plaintiff entered into two membership agreements with the Defendant (hereinafter referred to as the “instant membership agreements”) and acquired two general membership accounts (number C and D) as follows:

1. A member (title) shall use the consensus club to cover his/her trade for all members;

3. Borrowed amount of KRW 10 million;

At the end of the week, during the week, a general member’s 1st week is granted with the right to stay at the end of the week, 2nd week, 3rd week, 1st week, 2nd week, 1st week, 2nd week, 2nd week, 2nd week, 2008, 3rd week, 2nd week, 1st week, 200, 1st week, 1st week, 200, 1st week, 1st week, 1st week, 1st week, 1st week, 1st week, 205, 200, 208, 208, 209, “the number of times of the application filed by the Plaintiff to the Defendant for the change of the general member’s terms and conditions as well as the number of times of the application made by the Plaintiff to the Defendant for the change of the general member’s terms and conditions as the result of the amendment to the general member’s terms and conditions.”

A. The terms and conditions of this case are used as they are, with regard to the types of members.
