1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

In light of the above legal principles, the court below's determination that the plaintiff's loan amount of KRW 110,00,000 from the shareholders' non-indicted 1 to the shareholders' non-indicted 10,000, and the plaintiff's loan amount of KRW 110,000,000 was paid to the defendant on March 2, 2007. A) The following are stated in the membership agreement received by the Plaintiff from the Defendant at the time.

1. A member: A general member who applies for covering his/her business.

2. Membership categories: Individuals, corporations; and

3. Borrowed amount: KRW 110,000 per day ( KRW 110,00,000).

5. Around November 9, 2007, the Defendant sent a notice giving preferential treatment to members of the instant golf course in favor of members (general) around November 9, 2007. The above notice is scheduled to complete the Defendant’s course improvement work (new dice) work in 2008. On December 2007, the public golf course construction work of nine holes is scheduled to start on December 2009 and completed on October 2009. To this end, the amount of KRW 60 billion (including KRW 35 billion in construction work, KRW 20 billion in improvement work of the course, and other taxes) is equivalent to KRW 3.5 billion in total, KRW 20 billion in total, KRW 20 billion in total, and KRW 100 in general or in addition, the above notice is scheduled to give preferential treatment to members.

In addition, around May 6, 2008, the defendant sent to the golf course members of this case a notice that is favorable (general) members, etc., and the above notice was dispatched again.
