Defendant
B On April 30, 2015, the Incheon District Court was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. in the Incheon District Court on April 30, 2015 and confirmed on May 8, 2015.
1. Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendants are not the narcotics handler, the Defendants treated psychotropic-related psychotropic drugs-related Mesophacules (so-called “scalopon”; hereinafter “philopon”) and marijuana as follows. A.

B. Defendant A’s sole criminal administration 1) On March 24, 2015, around 21:00, the Defendant provided B with marijuana in a way that the Defendant injected 0.07g of opon into a single-use vehicle within the Kanop vehicle of B parked in J in Yangju-si, and injected it into the left part of the ship after dilution into a single-use vehicle. (2) The Defendant provided marijuana, smoking, and possession. (5) On March 24, 2014, within the passenger car of B parked in the way near L in Yangju-si at a low time, and around 0.5g of 0.5g of hemp to B, in a way that the Defendant provided B with marijuana free of charge at the fopon vehicle of J in a single-use vehicle of B. 20:00 on March 3, 2015; and (2) on February 20, 2015, at the parking lot of J.
