Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on June 6, 2014 by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Jung-gu District Court on October 15, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 6, 2014, and the Defendants are not the persons handling narcotics.
1. Defendant A
A. On December 2, 2012, the Defendant received KRW 500,000 from psychotropic drugs B, a high-speed line, to a bank account in the name of the Defendant’s wife, under the name of the Defendant’s wife, and traded 0.4g gramphones from the Defendant’s parking lot located in Gu-si E on the same day, at around 21:00 on the same day.
B. On February 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 500,000 from B to F in the name of F; and (b) purchased and sold phiphones to B within the car of B parked in the vicinity of the House of Government located at the Do Government around 21:00 on the same day; and (c) sold 0.4g of phiphones to B.
C. At around 16:00 on May 201, the Defendant purchased and sold phiphones by cutting off KRW 900,000 from B and 0.4 g of philophones, which were parked in the vicinity of the video race tracks located in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Gangnam-gu.
At around 20:00 on August 16, 2013, the Defendant purchased and sold phiphones by cutting KRW 900,000 from B and cutting approximately 0.6g of philophones at the same place.
E. On October 10, 2013, the Defendant transferred KRW 500,000 from B to B’s bank account under the name of the purchase price of scopon, and then sold 0.4g of scoponon to B within the car of B parked in the vicinity of the area of the scopon which is located in the city of the city of the Gu, on the same day at around 23:00 on the same day.
F. On November 24, 2013, the Defendant received KRW 90,000 from the above B to the bank account under the said D’s name as the purchase price for phiphones, and then, at around 23:30 on the same day, sent approximately 0.4g of phiphones to B at the above place.
