Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 12, 2014, the Defendant leased and operated the “E” store located in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, which is operated by the Victim C, and returned the said store to the said C around February 12, 2015. On the ground that the said C requires settlement of various public charges unpaid during the operation of the said store, the Defendant filed a complaint against the said C.

1. Around 17:00 on February 14, 2015, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim C: (a) spiting tobacco by taking out in a small set of the entrance immediately front of the entrance; (b) spiting tobacco on the floor; and (c) spiting employees of the above spiting 50% of the 50% of the 50% of the 50% of the 50% of the 50% of the 50% of the 50% of the 50% of the 50% of the 50% of the 50% of the 50% of the 50% of the 50% of the 50% of the 50% of the 50% of the 50% of the 50% of the 2015, and attempted to open the 30 minutes of the 10% of the 30% of the 10th of the 2015.

2. Interference with the business of victims F;

A. On February 18, 2015, at around 14:15, the Defendant: (a) sought in the beauty room operated by the victim F of the damage in Hongcheon-gun G; and (b) took a bath to the said beauty room’s employees and not less than seven customers, etc., the Defendant: (a) took the part in the beauty room’s business by: (b) stating that “the said beauty room’s employees and not less than seven customers, etc. are heard; (c) the Defendant: (d) took the part in the beauty room for about 15 minutes; and (d) prevented customers in the said beauty room from receiving beauty services; and (e) prevented them from entering the said beauty room; and (e) obstructed the victim’s beauty room’s business by force.

B. The Defendant, around April 2, 2015, sound “inwards” at the beauty art room around 19:00.
