Punishment of the crime

At around 15:00 on 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the business of beauty parlors by force by preventing customers entering the smoking room from entering the smoking room, such as putting the victim under the influence of alcohol on the part of the victim C, and failing to have his/her hair cut.”
