A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 5, 2012, the Defendant appealed at the District Court of the Republic of Korea sentenced two years of suspended execution to six months of imprisonment with labor for the crime of interference with business, etc., but on April 26, 2013, the Defendant was dismissed by the Supreme Court and the judgment became final and conclusive, and “2012 High Court 2847”
1. From around 08:30 on April 13, 2012 to 09:48 on the same day, it interferes with the victim’s work by force by asserting that the said construction was illegal on the ground that the said construction was installed on the site of the E-Establishment, the site of the milch farm performed by the victim D in Gyeonggi-gun-gun-gun, Inc., and the said construction was installed on the said site after removal of the milch farm that he operated, and thus, the said construction was installed on the said site; and thus preventing the smille from doing work on the front and right side of the s
2. From around 08:30 on April 16, 2012 to 14:20 on the same day, it interferes with the victim’s work by force by setting up a defendant’s skiing groundr and preventing skikers from doing work, after being doing construction, on the same ground in the place described in paragraph (1);
3. From around 08:00 on April 28, 2012 to 09:00 on the same day, at a place where the basic concrete construction works are set up on the same grounds, obstructing the victim’s work by force by using the Defendant’s skiing guide to spread from 5 to 6 times, and thereby obstructing the victim’s work;
4. From around 07:40 on May 4, 2012 to 10:30 on the same day, it interferes with the victim’s work by force by preventing the boomers from performing their work on their own body and in front of the blick in which gasoline is constructed as an excellent blick for the same reason;
5. From around 13:00 on May 4, 2012 to 16:19 on the same day, it interferes with the victim’s work by force by preventing sckeers, who are performing the construction of the ground-breaking from working for the same reason on the same grounds as the places described in paragraph 1, from 13:00 on the same day, by preventing them from working for their skiingers;
